Z-Wave DCH-Z510 switch off issue

Hi,
 
I want to interface my Z-Wave DCH-Z510 Siren with the LM3 Reactor. LM3 is running the 20160927 firmware.
 
I’m using the ZME UZB1 Z-Wave dongle and the Z-Wave app. Adding the siren worked fine and I have associated a KNX GA with the siren's switch object.
 
Setting the KNX GA to 1 activates the siren, but I'm not able to switch off the siren by sending a 0.
 
Anyone experiencing related issues, maybe with a standard Z-wave mains switch?
