BACnet connection fail
#1
Hello,

I need help, I have an LM5 on a network with the following parameters:
IP address: 143.3.123.8
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.224
Default gateway: 143.3.123.1

When I try to connect with BACnet software such as BDT (BACnet Discovery Tools), the LM5 is not discovered.

If I try the same connection with another IP address (private segment and 24-bit subnet mask), BACnet is discovered without any problem.

I think the problem is the public IP address, but I don't know if the problem is with the BACnet protocol or the LM5 firmware.

Regards.
