Wiser for KNX - LED1 blinking

Wiser for KNX HW v3.2
Can no more connect with IP
LED1 blinking at 4 sec frequency
LED2 off
Internal red led flashing and blinking
No reaction on Reset button.  No factory reset possible.

You probably had some power outage. Fallow the reflashing procedure for SD. The card still should be fine.
