Frame Content from 256 byte KNX object

Hi,
I have 250 byte string object. Via some integration, i am getting information from a website like that

I want to show this link in a frame which is located in a 250 byte object via frame dynamically. When content of the 250 byte is changed, frame link will be chaged also.
