I've noticed that using older starter app, IOS and the latest firmware, user and password are not saved...
When using older firmwares it works

Did you update starter app to the latest version? We had to make workaround for it.

LM Home app works from Android 10, I can share the old LogicMachine app which should work on it.
Or you can just use a shortcut, with new authentication it also should work well.

I'm having trouble finding my LM after I have switched to a new phone.
I downloaded the new app from the play store version 1.0.240709 but it cannot find my LM, but if I go to the LM's local IP (192.168.1.20) I can see it and login.

You must have 2024 fw for it to work

Strange, I also have Android 14 and it finds all my LMs. When you say: you can login to LM you actually do it from your mobile?
What do you see when you open the app?

Yeah, my LM have 192.168.1.20 if I go to http://192.168.1.20 on my phone that is connected to my wifi on the same network I get to the standard LM login page, and I can login and use all the features.
When I open the app it says down the bottom: "Searching for LogicMachine devices" when it's done searching it says: "No LogicMachine devices found" "Try again"

Try running Wireshark on PC connected to the same network. Set filter to mdns then run LM Home on your phone. See if you get MDNS query from your phone and a response from LM.

Should be similar to this:
