Mosaic Sync Error

Hi, I meet some problem when I try to sync Mosaic to LM cloud. If I creat only 1 object in mosaic, I can sync it to LM cloud. But when I creat the 2nd object, the process will always be error.

Yes, My bad, but this is the 2nd LM that I use to test that. The first one I've already upgrade fw but it can't still sync Mosaic whenever I creat more than 1 object in Mosaic

I had this problem on several clients last week. I solved disabled the cloud and enable again. Before open cloud synchronize cloud. In my cases doing this it's been restarted.

This is an edge case - you have create a user before creating anything in Mosaic. Due to empty Mosaic config the user was not added to the ACL list. This issue could also be solved by re-saving the user and syncing cloud config.
