Maybe it´s just me, but on one LM when I try to open: http://IP/apps/data/visu/#1
It comes with this error: 

It is for a specific user, with admin it works.
We have many LM that is configured the exact same way and they work.
There is ZT access or I can send a backup if needed

Most likely you didn't create permissions for this user.
