LM Home Cloud asks me to log in every day

Hi,

Since recently, LM Home Cloud asks me to log in every day. I sign in, use it, and the next day it asks again.

Is there any way to keep the login/session so I don’t need to re-enter credentials daily?

Hi,
In the user access -> user settings->  User session expiration days and check remember user and password.
Try this if it is better.

Are you logging in via email and password or via Google login? Keep the app running in the background after logging in. If the app is killed immediately it won't be able to save credentials.

I gave the wrong description, sorry. Outside home it works fine, but connecting the same network logging is asked every day.
I tried keeping app running, but the problem persist.
Is there anyway to use LM Home "cloud" when the cell phone amd LM5 are in the same network?
Can we connect without using passwords?

Did you enable in LM user settings: Remember login and password?
While on local network you can do a long press on LM home icon and then you can select cloud.

How can I enable remember login and password? I open "User Access" app and I don't see the option.
What am I doing wrong?
