hello dears,
I have customer with SL V3.0.0
port forword is open for external access, while today he complain of strange actions happened on the home (lights ON/OFF, shutters UP/down AC...)
I check the Access logs and I find a puplic IP with several failed login attempt, then after few minutes the home start switching on and off itself!

how could this thing happened? and how to prevent it?
the first step I block the portforword, but could this happened through portforword?

You should fallow the security guidelines in the product manuals, for more informations please contact SE support.
LogicMachine does not need any port to be opened for remote access. SE is responsible for its own cloud solutions.

By leaving the ports open you are giving a hacker unlimited time to hack your system as he has direct access to the device.
