I checked my system log "by accident" and i noticed something strange (see attached image) does this mean someone is trying to access my LM?

Disable remote diagnostics and don't forward port 22.

I have done that but it still keeps occuring, any fix around this? I have only forwarded port 3671

Check again, maybe you've mistaken remote diagnostics with remote services. Also, you can use an online tool for open port check: http://ping.eu/port-chk/
