User scenario creation

a customer of mine would like create scenario, group and condition but himself (obiously not in admin user).

Is there this opportunity?

How would you see such function on visu?

Only choosing some object and add some time between?

If I remember well some time ago Erwin told that Schneider is developing some Scene App.

You can create a visu when customer will be able to edit scenes and sets object values.
Creating the whole scene by customer is bit complex and will require app. Yes there are works on it.
