Hi
Does the LM 5 Lite have Web Server service?
Can I connect it to a local LAN network and access it from an external network?

Yes, whole configuration and visualization is done through web server, no need to install extra software on your computer. You can use port forwarding for remote access but we strongly recommend either VPN on your router or LM cloud for better security.
