Camera stream using iframe
#1
Hello,

a while back I asked how to make camera stream work inside of visualization. I got it to work using iFrame with link: http://IP/axis-cgi/mjpeg/video.cgi?

The Dahua camera's main stream is set to mjpeg and everything works fine, except I need to enter login/password each time the browser is closed. Client is using iPad, which for some reason can't remember those credentials, even if it could he'd still have to click login button with the credentials remembered which is not comfort enough for him. I've heard that browsers don't support credentials inside of the link like this: http://IP/axis-cgi/mjpeg/video.cgi?user=[username]&loginpas=[password]. Is there any way to make it work without disabling the camera password entirely?

I can fix the remembering function of safari browser simply by installing google chrome on the iPad and running the visualization through that but there still is the problem of clicking login button before the camera stream loads.

I saw the post but there is no real solution, how do I find if my camera supports what admin wrote: allows passing username/password as query string parameters?
I'm not experienced enough to make it work even if my camera supports it.

The camera I use is: DAHUA IPC-HUM8101P. It is a small micro camera.
