Is there some place to get some error information about this?
Why it happens and whats causing it?

Most of the time it is internet issue. It can also mean our cloud being down. Last option is that you block outgoing port 1883, this can happen in some managed switches.

Is there some possibility to see if the values are online, or if there are some issues.

Like i made possibility for a ventilation guy to change values for min/max vav and to look at the m3/h passing vav when he was doing his work making sure different rooms had right values.
Later we discovered that the cloud was showing old values, and he had to do the work all over again. I was not the most popular guy so to speak.
