Hi,    I upgraded my LM 5 Lite to firmware v. 20230420.  ekey fsx app work the same way.

Hi,    I upgraded my LM 5 Lite to firmware v. 20230420.  ekey fsx app work the same way.

The problem occurred because all the ekey db tables were lost in the LM local storage.
I couldn't repeat this problem on my LM5 Lite device by upgrading the firmware to v.20230420.
Correction algorithm to restore the functionality was:
1. Perform lua script:
os.execute("rm /home/apps/store/daemon/ekey/version")
2. restart the LM device or stop/start ekey fsx app daemon. The ekey fsx app daemon will create the new db tables for ekey fsx app.
3. select one of the scanners and perform cmd "SyncToDB" to restore fingerprints.
4. manually restore all other configuration.

Hello everyone,
Having not received a response to my private message, I decided to reach out to fellow members of this community for advice, just in case. We need licenses for several eKey scanners. I contacted user @Agris about this matter, and he responded fairly quickly to my private message. However, after a few clarifications exchanged between us, Agris suddenly (for me) “disappeared” – he has not responded to my latest messages, and the question regarding the licenses remains “hanging,” even though it has been more than three weeks. Judging by the activity data, @Agris has not logged into the LM forum at all since our last contact. He might be having some issues. We have an alternative solution, but before opting for it, I wanted to ask for your advice in this forum thread: are there any other ways to contact the developers of the eKey module for LogicMachine?
I would appreciate any useful opinions.
