Error smartphone visulisation Wiser for KNX

I get an error when I remote want to view the visualiisation from my Wiser for KNX from SE.
The smartphone and all others give the error message.
Remote connection to the time schedule gives no problems.

Attached the image with the error message I get.

Does anyone know what the problem can be?

Run this update to fix your issue:

  2019.09.02-vpn.zip (Size: 3.84 KB / Downloads: 6)

Not tested but i think upgrading to 2.5.1 will also solve the issue without the need of this update.

Version 2.5.1 solved the problem.
