1-wire sensors lifetime

I want ask:
What is your experience with 1-wire sensors? What is their lifetime? Do you had some problems with them?

We haven't had any issues with 1-Wire sensors. It should be as reliable as any other common electronic component. They should last tens of years as there are no electrolytic capacitors and flash memory which have limited lifetime due to degradation over time.
