Hello everybody !
facing same issue with my LM5p2-DW1 - can not connect to app store :-(,
trying with different wifi routers and with disabled antivirus as well.
Still can not...

FYI,
LM connected to laptop and laptop connected to internet by wifi, wifi adaptor IP & DNS settings as default (on auto).

LM must have internet connection to install apps. It needs to be connected to the router not to your laptop Ethernet.

you sure about your gateway? *192.168.0.100?

Check your netwerk configuration.
open CMD or Powershell (in windows) and type ipconfig
check if
subnet mask
gateway

are the same.
