Is there an package for the imx28cpu to use zero tier like this

1457 views and nobody knows?

i also tried https://openrb.com/zerotier-remote-maintenance-of-lm5/ 
on lm5 with imx6 cpu, i have installed the packages in step 6 but cannot find the Zero tier config option after installing the packages and rebooting, i confirm packages are installed, but step 9 as per above link,  under services i cant find ZeroTier to enable it.
9. Go to System Configuration -> Services -> ZeroTier 

Must be something simple i am missing

Which LM do you have? You need new firmware.

Use this, https://dl.openrb.com/lm-20-imx6/lm5m3ex-20201111.img
You will have to install the packages again.

i updated firmware as per link above and installed pkg again, i still not find the zero tier config tab after reboot

Just install RC1, old hw will not get zerotier.

I have new hw lm5 lite. I updated Firmware. I will install the packages but i cannot find the packages. Can somebody share please ?

If you installed RC1 then it is already there, no need to install packages anymore.
