#1
Hi,

I am missing the Bacnet tab in my LM, I have modbus but not Bacnet.
Why is that?

I have installed the bacnet client package.

If you successfully installed it then just clear browser cache. There is also bacnet client app in the store.

Maybe I just installed the app in the store. I have not installed something in LM.
How can I get the bacnet tab in LM?

If you have the app then you don't need this tab, app does the same. App is in the home page.
To install the bacnet package you must go to System-Syetm-Packages there is + on the bottom.

Ok, I manage to do it now.
Thank you

Do you know what the settings should be in the Bacnet settings?

This is bacnet server. If you want to use client just keep it disabled. Both can't work at the same time.

I find the device but when I scan, nothing comes up.
Do you know what the problem could be?

Did you set the export flag on the objects you want to expose?

Do you see the objects under system -> network -> bacnet objects?

I've disabled the server.
But when I use Bacnet client I find the device but no objects.

Never mind, I got it now.
Just takes forever to load it seems.

It's 1704 objects on my client. Maybe that is way it has so slow response?

Our client is designed for small amount of objects, It won't work well with big amount. If the app won't work you can try doing it manually by script.

Daniel hi.

Congratulations on your great work.

It will be great if your BACnet client application could import EDE files, in addition to your online scanning.
