Hi,
this morning a client asks to me help about an old LM4.
These are the problem:
- It is impossible update firmware, at the moment there is inside 20160927.
- It is imposiible change admin password or better it is possible but if I make it on every reboot it come back at the default.
- It is impossible change the net configuration, if i try to change anything it asks me to reboot to keep the new value but when it restart nothing it changed.
- Mosaic 2, configuration, object, scripts and other functions work.
In the attached file there is the CPU information.
I've already made a factory default but don't work. It says done but when I open the interface it is still the same as before.
I've think to format the sdcard, but I've not the image.
