Alexa and shutters
#1
Good morning everyone,

Is there any way to define the kind of device in Alexa? When I create shutters in LM with the skill "Percentage", it appears as a light bulb in Alexa app in my mobile phone (but it works well if I said "put Shutter 1 at 100%", obviously). Thanks!

Amazon didn't define blind/window in its own but we are planing to make some custom solution to allow blinds windows to be controlled by open/close.

To be controlled by open/close it's not a problem for me. The main problem is that, when you select "Percentage" as a skill, it appears as a light bulb in Alexa app, so it's annoying for the client (but it works perfectly with 0-100% commands).

This is Amazon definition. Nothing we can do about it.
