Probably I unfortunaly delete it

It is part of the firmware, re-install the firmware.

I tried to install again the last firmware, but unfortunally I can't see the library

if not then you have a corrupted device of some sort, it is there by default.

It's a package not a user library. It is shown in System config > System > Packages

If I reinstall mosquitto packages? I can see them in the library list.
Not any hard event occoured, just accidentally deleted in the user library tab

There is no user library supplied in the firmware. As Daniel said, if you have deleted the package you can simply reinstall the firmware.
