Mosaic Cloud - Multi user

Hello, 

I hope you could help me in my issue, 
I can't add a new user to the cloud, I think I am doing something wrong because I did not do it before. 

1- I went to Logic Machin Configuration after that to the user access and I addedd a new user with his cloud login. 
2- When I log in  with the new user to its cloud account I found the project name but it shows that it's offline, while its not offline i can connect to it from the admin account
3- When I try to give this user permissions from cloud.logicmachine.net/app/data/users it says no such user  (What should I do with this web interface, should I give each user access from that interface ?)

this is not correct cloud.

https://remote.logicmachine.net works with the admin account

Most likely your users registered on old cloud, they must be registered on the new cloud. Do not forget to sync cloud app after each change.

I got it ,

Thank you so much

It is the same, I have created a new account on https://remote.logicmachine.net, and added the account in logic machine the same thing it appears lm not conneccted to cloud

The cloud works only with the first account

The account was working from the first time I think but it just showed a wrong message "LM is not connected to the cloud "
I cleared the cache of my browser, tried another browser, same in the app. 
What should I do ? 
You can see the picture that I have attached.

Check if the cloud is actually working, regardless of this notification.
