feedback issue after power fail

Hello
In power fail cases where some KNX devices lost communication with LM or SL, and this leads to unreal Feedback.
While "Read during start up" will not work because LM,SL are Powered from UPS, unfortunately not all KNX devices are connected to UPS.
and send read request via pool interval will busy the bus, isn't?

what is your optimized solution which will not busy the bus?

Some KNX devices have an option to send status on start-up. One such device should be enough to trigger a script that will send read requests to other groups to update their statuses.
