Hello, I have an issue with mosaic. My client kept telling me that the blinds and the temperature setting changed after a few days. I was never able to check it until now.

I have several general function objects such as SHUTTERS and SETPOINT TEMPERATURE. These objects the status is the same as the order as they are general. My client is not in the installation and when connecting after several days I observed that this object was at 0%, the last order being 100%.

I kindly asked him not to send me any orders again when this happened and today I was able to check it out.

Everything is really correct as he left it, blinds at 100% and temperature at 26º, but from the cloud what appears is blinds at 0% and temperature at 23º. I connected through Zerotier directly to LM and I was able to verify that the values are correct 100% and 26º.

Something is wrong with the cloud that is not syncing these values. If my client sends back the values that he wants, these objects are updated correctly, but only for 1 or 2 days.

Does this happen to anyone else?

Another incident that occurs is that the image that I had as a wallpaper through an Http address appears for 1 second and disappears. Maybe it has something to do...

Did this happened when you had all fw and apps up to date or they were older? It was a known issue in the past but we believe it was fixed.

LM from the beginning of the project was already updated to the latest version. With the mosaic update that happened a few months ago, that's where I noticed the problem with the wallpaper. Maybe there was also the problem with the objects but I didn't realize it until now.

I don't know if reinstalling the mosaic APP would fix it. Do I lose the configuration if I delete the app to reinstall it?

I don't think this will do anything. Are you able to give us remote access when the issue will happen? Preferably zerotier.
