Can i use different vis. configuration for different levels ?

Not possible. What exactly do you want to achieve?

I created pages for two different tablets,trying to change usermode view.

The default behavior is to automatically scale the visualization down on smaller screens. You can also enable "Usermode auto-size upscaling" to scale up. The only problem can be when screens have different aspect ratios but in this case setting different view modes won't help.
