Hello

I hold pressed the button for 10sec and 10sec in order to reset. 
The Wiser has been reset and then the IP is 192.168.0.10
But when I enter admin and admin in username and password, the Wiser doesn't enter to menu, and it asks again for the credentials.

I have tried many times and then the error is "Invalid login and/or password. Your access will be blocked after 10 consecutive unsuccessful login attempts".

Then it asks again for the credentials.

Could you help?

Did you also try the old login credentials?

Maybe the micro SD card is corrupted. Try replacing it with a new one.
