1-Wire errors

LM4, 1-wire suddenly stopped working. I've made "clean boot", flashed SD-card and installed 15.09 image. There is no any devices in 1-wire menu and every 10 sec this error appears:

What could be the problem?

This means that backend failed to start which might mean that 1-Wire on-board chip is damaged.
