Widget id

Hi @all,
an information, I must apply a css to a single element in a widget. 
But the id of a widget it is always the same or if I will add other elements in the project it changes?

example
<div class="cell" id="u-1ff3a50c3c5e21aaef5cf50431a855c2" style="width: 330px;.......

I need to know if this "id" remains as long as I will remove this element.

Widget ID is unique across the whole project. It does not change for the given widget instance.
