Bacnet tabpage is missing

I installed bacnet package according to this help http://openrb.com/logicmachine-as-bacnet-client/
But I don't see the bacned page showed here: http://openrb.com/wp-content/uploads/201...achine.png

A printscreen of what I see is attached

My configuration:
LM4
Version: 20160927
Bacnet package: genohm-scada-bacnet 20150727

I restarted LM but it didn't help.
