How can I check if the REACTO I'm testing for a customer has GSM or LTE/4g modem

Also is it possible on the reactor to see the modem signal ?

Check System config > Status > System log or System config > Status > System status > Serial ports. It might list the modem ports there depending on the model.

Ok now I check and the LM is 4G modem type.

Unfortunately, however, LM does not receive IP from the mobile network, I tested the sim on a phone and it works, do you need to initialize the modem in the LM?? It has always worked until now, the problem occurred after a firmware update, what could it be due to?

Copy-paste entries from the System log window and send via PM.

Go to System config > System > Packages and click the green (+) button. Install updated package, reboot. See if modem connects after the update.
