Integration of Aqara devices (Zigbee and/or ETH TCP/IP)

Hi everyone 

Has anyone yet found a way to successfully connect/integrate Aqara devices - be it via Zigbee and/or TCP/IP ?

In particular it looks interesting in regards of their new Presence Sensor FP2.
