problem in mosaic

The Switch button automatically turn on without feedback address.

If you linked the status object and the status is not send then this is the expected behaviour. If you do not have feedback then just use control object.

I am using a status object, this problem only happen when there is a power outage.

This is how it meant to work, If you use status then object will be showing what is status value not control. You can set: Read during start-up: for the status object or read periodically. See object settings.
