import backup on dev machine

Hi, I backed up a reactor to work offline, I noticed that once I imported the project into my development reactor the settings of the inputs on board were not updated, is this normal?
I had to align the inputs manually.

Do you use same version of reactor?

Do you use same version of reYes but not same firmware.
I don't want to try remote firmware update from LTE.
