LM 5 power supply
#1
Hi
How much is LM5 sensitive for correct voltage of main power supply?
Can I simply use 30V DC available in KNX cable (white and yellow pair)? Or is it definetely out of the allowed tolerance?

Thank you
LM5Lp, firmware: 2018.08.22 and 2021.12.15, FlashSYS v2, ARMv7 Processor rev 5 (v7l), kernel 4.4.151 and 4.4.259

Hi Thomas,
the newest line of LM5 (LM5-Lite, LM5-DW1/PMU/RIO) supports up to 30V DC. Initial LM5 supported up to 24V DC. Please send in PM serial nr. of your device, I will tell exactly then.

Same question ... does my LM supports 30V?
- Serial: LM5M3V15A01705027
- Type: LM5p-RD

Thanks in advance.

all LM5-type devices are based on LM5L as main-board + specific extension is added.
So, yes, LM5p-RD also supports 30V DC powering.
