Opening specific "Trend logs" graph via URL

Hello,

Is there a solution to make a URL to a specific graph?
There are few rooms with tablets in it, and I want to make shortcuts on each tablet to temperature graph of the room.

In "Trend logs" click "Direct link", there you can create a link to specific trend(s).
