Multicast IP problem

Good morning

 I have a problem with ETS download with multicast IP interface. 
Setting of LM5
   
Setting of ETS
   
With blue line is with ip interface of LM5
With red line is with multicast ip interface of LM5
   

I dont have any proble with group monitor of ETS. Only with download or line scan
