Currently I am using the LMhome application on the Android operating system. Because it hasn't been released for customers to use yet, I just checked on my phone and found that sometimes when I open the app to remotely connect to home, it returns to the login interface.

What android version? Can you try using a browser shortcut and see if same happens?
