Thank you for your quick reply.
There are some rudimentary documentations available - although I was naively assuming, it would only require to set the ModBus-ID and ComPortSpeed in order to be discovered by the LM5. Have I been mistaken?

Connect it up and try reading from it via RTU read test. Use holding register and try address 0 and 1
