Hello sir one of the client has taken us from LM5 Lp2 and he installed the streaming player firmware in it .
after that it is stopped working I tried to hardware reset it but it does not work .
sir could you pls provide dome suggestion and help

Are you using SD to micro SD adapter? If so you need to flip the switch on the side to disable write protection.
