Samsung Tv App - rts - 26.05.2026

Hi all,

I’m sharing a Samsung TV app for LogicMachine.

Current version: 0.1.16

Main features:
- Samsung TV control from LogicMachine
- Local LAN mode and SmartThings mode
- power, transport and volume-style controls
- KNX object sync for TV control/status
- per-object GA editing in the app

Notes:
- richer feedback/KNX objects are available in SmartThings mode
- SmartThings mode is included, but I have not tested it myself yet
- Local LAN mode is supported, but it uses an unofficial control path
- SmartThings PAT is stored in LM app config, so please keep that in mind
- built with Codex

This is an unofficial community app. Samsung, SmartThings and LogicMachine names/trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Small update for Samsung TV:

- moved refresh/command work out of the web request path and into the daemon
- app actions now queue in the background instead of blocking the page
- improved daemon loop handling

Hi,

the layout for the tv is: tv-id|Label|Host|Port|MAC

I have a look when i do a new built to make the setup a bit more intuitive.

Below setup of my TV (mac address is blacked out)

Samsung Tizen TV App update since 0.1.18
  • Added local LAN TV autodiscovery
  • Reworked local TV setup into a cleaner row-based editor
