Get object that triggered a tag script

I have a script that runs on a tag trigger. 
Is it possible to get the object that triggered the script?
Also what does the "Export" flag on the objects does, can i use it just to tag specific objects?

There's event variable that holds various info of the event. event.dst is the group address of object that triggered the script.

Export is used for BACnet objects and remote services.
