Circular Slider Text Color

Hi ,
How can use different colors for circular slider itself and value in it

In Vis. parameters you can change slider / background colors. Slider color also affects the text color.

Could i set different colors slider and the text ? I tried some CSS tricks but couldn't able to succeed
