LM5p2-DW1 DALI2 issue

LM5p2-DW1 with internal DALI-2: How can Lua scripts receive DALI-2 Input Device Events (Instance Group events such as Occupancy Sensor event 11/14) when Application Controller is disabled? 
Is there a public API or are these events not exposed to Lua?
Is CANx-DALI library missing in  LM5p2-DW1 with the latest firmware?

DW1 does not support DALI2. You need KCD model for this.
