Wiser for KNX malfunction

Hi,

I have here a Wiser for KNX from a customer that may have a problem.

I can ping the default IP address but the webserver doesn't answer to anything. It is like the webserver app has stopped.

I have tried factory reset several times but the issue still persists.

Any idea how could I recover thisĀ  Huh ?

I tried that, but now even the Outside and LAN LEDs does not light on, only the inside led is flashing.
Now I can't even ping the W4K. I don't now what is happening.

The firmware is copied correctly to the SD card and I have tried other sd card (16GB) but the problem continues.

Are you sure you used correct firmware?
Use our recovery image, the SE is outdated.

I used the firmware that comes with Schneider Application Note from Erwin van der Zwart.

I also tried another firmware from schneider website (ex 2.7.0) but with no success.

Can I flash with LM firmware for testing ?

Use SE firmware but our recovery image.
