Update scheduler value after changing starting parameters

Hello,

Is it possible without overcomplicating script with many if's to send the actual value of the scheduler to assignet object every time starting parameters of one of the scheduler events get changed and not only one time at exact time of parameter?

I don't see an easy way of doing this. If you have a simple schedule without complicated parameters and two or three events then maybe you can use a script instead of built-in scheduler. Starting time and values then can be controlled via objects in visualization.
