Heart  My LM3 only 100 -> 150 objects, but very slow.

How many visualization clients are connected? How many scripts are there? A single incorrect resident script can cause 100% CPU load. Also check for event script loops and KNX/TP loops when several IP gateways share the same KNX/TP bus.
