Hello,
We have 2 LSS100100 units which failed to reboot after a really bad power outage. We managed to restore to factory and update the firmware, both units are fine.
When trying to restore from backups we noticed all our backups are over the 32MB limit of which we were not aware unfortunately.
The size problem is due to unoptimised image files so we proceeded to unarchive the backup, optimise and replace the images and compress the backup again hoping to be able to restore. We are getting an "invalid backup" error each time we try to restore. We're suspecting the backups have some sort of mechanism to ensure integrity (a hash value?) which obviously will fail if the archive is messed with.
Any chance someone can help us in this situation?
Thank you for your consideration.
