LM data loss

I have an LM (DR), and every time I make changes to the program, I click on the "snyc project data" button. However, after the LM is powered on again, the program inside is lost. I don't know what happened. Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance.

Hi.
Sounds that your SD-card is in read only mode.
Make a backup of your project and replace the card using this guide.

System config > System > Shutdown is the correct procedure before powering the device down. It also does full project synchronization. Once LEDs stop blinking you can safely remove the power.
